This will be the first scheduled league within the BUBBLE. For this first season we hope to welcome mostly new teams, but will allow other low TV teams.

Entering teams:
- Maximum Team Value of 1.300.000, including Miss Next Games
- If Team Value including treasury exceeds 1.300.000, the commissioners might demand that the treasury be lowered
- Trimming teams with higher Team Value for the purpose of entering this league is only allowed after approval by the commissioners.

Fixtures:
- Matches have to be played in order of the schedule.
- Coaches are responsible for arranging a fixture, this can be on a league night but does not have to be. The coaches will announce the agreed upon fixture on the forum.
- Each round has an end-date. Matches that have not been played by the corresponding end-date will remain unplayed (no points, no winnings, no Star Player Points).
- Dispensation to the above can be granted by the commissioners.

Other games:
- Teams participating in the fixed league are not allowed to play other games while the league is running.

The schedule:
- The schedule will consist of two parts, a pool phase and a playoff phase. The number of pools and the exact format of the playoffs will depend on the number of participants.
- After the playoffs there will be a grand final between the winner of the scheduled league and the winner of the open league. This might be extended to include cup winners and/or runners up.

Hoewel ik niet weet of ik alle rondes gespeeld ga krijgen ben ik wel benieuwd naar het concept en wil ik bij deze ook graag mee doen.
Voor de variatie tussen die Orcs en Elfjes doen de Putrid Sump Pirates (Underworld Creepers) met EXACT 1300 TV ook mee.

Geld is toch nooit onderdeel van team value geweest? Anders wordt ik nu voor $90k genaaid...

Het punt van die regel is dat de treasury niet betekent dat je na één ronde ineens via aankopen een grote sprong maakt en zo stiekem een te sterk team binnensmokkelt. Volgens de strikte regels zul je voor de pirates inderdaad je spaarpot om moeten draaien om je in te schrijven.

Er komen volgende week misschien nog wat tweaks op de regels/opzet aan die e.e.a. oplossen. Don't panic en stay tuned

Thanks for welcoming me in the league. My Rookie Dark Elf team is called Darks Matter (... but I apparently can't post the link due to the forum restriction).

I'm looking forward to getting my ass kicked, as long as there are beers and I learn a bit in the process.
